Unit 2- buisness ethic question 2

Honestly, money doesn't over power guilt to me. I think that ted needs to tell this lady the truth. She is new to town, which means he could defiantly rip her off and tell her everything she wants to hear, which defiantly isn't true about this place. She has a baby, and if he knows this environment has been having robberies and police around a lot, this is not a safe place. If he is honest with her she might be appreciative of that and look into his other homes available, but if he lies she will find out on her own. I think it would be dumb for him not to say anything because if she were to move in she is going to see the police riding around, and it wont take long for her to figure out this is not a safe place, and in the end he would probably end up loosing money. I believe in karma too, if he buts this baby and mother in danger because he needs money, something bad in return will probably happen to him.

Unit One Reflection Question

To get prepared for an interview there are a few things you should know. First, of course you will have to apply and wait for someone to contact you for a interview. Once the interview is scheduled, make sure you have your resume ready and accurate, a pen and paper, and a list of questions to ask your interviewer. You will want to dress nice, because not only is the first impression a big deal, but also it makes you look more professional and ready to work. You may want to wear slacks and a nice collered shirt with closed toe shoes. Once you arrive at your interview make sure you have all the items you need, and be atleast 15 minutes early. You want to be very polite, shake their hand and listen to everything they have to say. Don't always just answer yes or no and remember it is always good to ask questions. Good luck.
